1. Who we are

This website is operated by EcoValley Animal Sanctuary (“EcoValley,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a farm animal rescue organization in the Texas Hill Country area near Austin, Texas. Contact: hello@ecovalleyatx.com.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the site, we or our service providers may process:

• Information you send us. If you email us or include information in a message, we receive whatever you choose to provide (e.g., name, email address, phone number, details about an animal).
• Donation-related information. If you donate through links on our site, payment processing is handled by Stripe (or another processor we may use). We do not collect or store your full payment card number on our web server. Stripe’s use of your information is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Technical data. Like most sites, our hosting provider and infrastructure may log data such as IP address, browser type, general location, pages visited, and time of visit. We use this for security, troubleshooting, and understanding aggregate traffic, not to sell personal data.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to: respond to inquiries; process and acknowledge support; operate and improve the website; comply with law; and protect the safety of people, animals, and our operations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-party services

Our site may load content or fonts from third parties (for example, Google Fonts, social or embed widgets, analytics if added later). Those services have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to read their policies.

5. Children’s privacy

Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have received such information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
